Keys to Living Life to the Full - Key No 2

Precious child of God, there are promises associated with serving God in truth and sincerity.

Let us look at some scriptures: "…you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of you. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfil the number of your days." ", (put your name here!), what does the LORD your God require of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

Throughout scripture, we are commanded to SERVE God with gladness of a loyal heart and with a willing mind, for God searches all hearts and understands all the intent of the thoughts. However, we need to be sure that our services to God are rendered in an acceptable manner with reverential fear and awe; we need to learn from the demise of Nadab and Abihu who offered profane fire before the LORD.

"Then Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his censer and put fire in it, put incense on it, and offered profane fire before the LORD, which He had not commanded them. So fire went out from the LORD and devoured them, and they died before the LORD." Similarly, Ananias and Sapphira fell dead because they rendered an unacceptable service to God without reverence and awe.

CONFESSION - My services unto the Lord shall be prosecuted in an acceptable manner - in reverential obedience and awe, with gladness of heart and with a willing mind.
