2) WALK obediently before God.
Father God, the El Shaddai (the God who is more than enough) appeared to Abram (our father of faith) and said to him, "I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless." and the demand to walk obediently before Him has not changed. Jesus says,"If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make our home with him..." Precious child of God, when you miss Him, acknowledge where you have gone wrong and repent, asking for His forgiveness.
In the face of opposition and sufferings, the early Apostles refused to disobey God. If they could do it, in the power of the Holy Spirit, so can you and I. We can stand our ground and refuse to compromise!
28Saying, we definitely commanded and strictly charged you not to teach in or about this Name; yet here you have flooded Jerusalem with your doctrine and you intend to bring this Man's blood upon us. 29Then Peter and the apostles replied, we must obey God rather than men.
CONFESSION - I shall walk obediently before You o God even if this means suffering. Jesus learnt obedience by the things that He suffered and so can I.
