The fear of the Lord will do more in our hearts and lives as we obediently walk before Father God.
4) It brings strong confidence, security and safety. Listen to what the Psalmist says, "..the Lord watches over those who fear Him, those who rely on His unfailing love. The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, and delivers them."
5) It brings God's happiness. There are those who believe that happiness depends on happenings but not so according to scripture. King Solomon eloquently puts it thus, "Happy is the man who is always reverent (regardless of circumstances), But he who hardens his heart will fall into calamity."
6) It brings a well-disciplined and full life. Seriously consider these anointed words and let them permeate your inner consciousness and do not let them depart from your eyes; for they are life to those who find them.
"O fear the Lord, you His saints [revere and worship Him]! For there is no want to those who truly revere and worship Him with godly fear; The reverent, worshipful fear of the Lord leads to life, and he who has it rests satisfied; he cannot be visited with [actual] evil; The reward of humility and the reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord is riches and honour and life."
CONFESSION - Walking in reverential fear of the LORD brings strong confidence, security, safety, happiness, a well-disciplined and full life and so shall it be in my life as I honour God in Jesus' glorious name.
